Skills required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of webserver like IIS, Tomcat, Nginx or equivalent systems etc and networking software, hardware and networking protocols<\/li>\n<li>Experience with scripting and automation tools<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans<\/li>\n<li>System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are desirable<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers and virtualization<\/li>\n<li>Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage servers, and integrate automation processes<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues<\/li>\n<li>Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures<\/li>\n<li>Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and performance of all servers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>System Administrator Minimum Qualification: BE\/B.Tech\/MCA\/MSc Experience &amp;
