{"id":1990,"date":"2022-02-12T07:11:41","date_gmt":"2022-02-12T07:11:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/csg.karnataka.gov.in\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=1990"},"modified":"2023-01-07T05:57:26","modified_gmt":"2023-01-07T05:57:26","slug":"operations-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/csg.karnataka.gov.in\/en\/jobs\/operations-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Operations Manager<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification:<\/strong> BE\/B.Tech\/MCA\/MSc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Application support, O&amp;M activities and SDLC.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Application Support, Operations and Management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Should have managed multiple projects and support teams.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess skills in preparing periodical reports related to operations for multiple projects.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Should have played client facing roles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in Kannada language. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Should have good documentation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of e-Governance projects desirable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Information Technology Infrastructure Library \u2013 Certification (ITIL) is preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take complete ownership of Application support, O &amp; M of the projects assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Should support, train, guide and manage the Application support teams deployed at multiple customer locations. Make sure the issues are resolved within defined timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customer issues \/ queries \/ calls \/ tickets on priority. Adhere to the SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Will be in Client facing role. Interact and manage with External Stake Holders.<\/li>\n<li>Should interact with the internal teams of CSG to communicate changes stated by the Client and ensure enhancements are developed and deployed.<\/li>\n<li>Should become well versed with Functional knowledge of the Solutions being deployed.<\/li>\n<li>Train customers on the solutions being deployed.<\/li>\n<li>Get the feedback (Issues, CRs, etc.) from customers and present the same to the management.
